    (short sightseeing).

  • 3Day

    Sightseeing of Vilnius – the capital of Lituania,
    called the city of churches, one of the oldest Baltic cities.
    Vilnius Old Town covering 225 hectares has been designated
    on the UNESCO List of World Heritage. In the afternoon
    visit to the Trakai Castle (approx. 30 km away from
    Vilnius). Trakai is the former capital of the Grand Duchy
    of Lituania. The 14-th century castle is located on an island
    of the lake.

    After breakfast drive to Riga. En route visit to the
    hill of crosses – oner of the most unforgettable and emotional
    sites in Lituania. The inicial hundreds of crosses
    were set at this location to honour the dead rebelliants after
    the rebellion in 1831. Today, more than 50.000 crosses
    are testimony to the spirit of the Lituania people. The hill
    was visited by the Pope John Paul II during his trip to Lituania
    in 1993.

    Sightseeing of Riga – the capital of Latvija. Due to
    its many Art Nouveau buildings it is called the little Paris.
    Mediaeval burgher's houses Three Brothers – XV c., the
    old guild houses and the St. Jacobs's Cathedral reflect the
    glorious days of the Hanseatic League. In the afternoon
    visit to the Rundale Palace – answer to the Versailles and
    Sans-Souci. This Baroque Palace was built between 1736
    and 1767 by the Italian architect Bartolomeo Rastrelli, who
    also designed the Winter Palace in St.Petersburg.

    After breakfast drive to Tallin. En rouite visit to Cesis
    – one of the oldest and best preseved medieval towns in
    the Baltics.
    Accommodation, dinner and overnight in Tallin.

  • 7Day

    Sightseeing of Tallin – the capital of Estonian Republic
    is one of the oldest towns situated on the coast
    of the Baltic Sea. Th Gothic churches, paved and crooked
    streets and 2 kilometers of the ancient town wall make
    Tallin an unique museum – town in northern Europe. A
    sightseeing tour of Tallin must includes a visit to the Kadrig
    Park, which surrounds the palace reconstructed by Peter
    the Great and now is home to the Estonian president.
    Dinner and overnight in Tallin.

  • 8Day

    After breakfast – drive to Kaunas. In the afternoon
    sightseeing of Kaunas – the second largest, industrial,
    scientific and cultural centre of Lituania with population
    420.000. We'll see the Town Hall – an impresive white
    building with 53-meters-high tower, built in the 16-th century
    and popularly known as the „White Swan”. Other
    splendid architectural monuments to be found in the vicinity
    of the Town Hall Square are: the St. George Church,
    the Cathedral and the Perkunas House. Dinner and overnight
    in Kaunas.

    Drive to Warsaw.

    After breakfast – time at leisure.
    Transfer to 'the F. Chopin International Airport' in Warsaw.
